My work hired me to be full time but I’m being scheduled less hours than part time. Am I entitled to compensation?
I was hired at my job in November 2024 and hired as a full time employee. The first couple of weeks I was getting my 40 hours. Then, at the beginning of December they told us hours were going to be cut for everyone but it would be short term. My hours were cut down to anywhere between 12-20 hours a week. Now, they’re telling us hours are being cut AGAIN and I am only being scheduled 7 hours a week. Can I get any compensation for this? I can’t live off of 7 hours a week when I was hired to be working 40 hours a week.

Ordered Bambu refills and had a few Elegoo cardboard spools. Came up with this solution in order to save plastic and time instead of printing a full spool (77g - 0.24mm layer; 78g - 0.20mm layer). Maybe someone saw or designed "Low Friction Spool Holder" that could allow to mount a spool with 41mm hole if not, might try to design one myself.7 years of this, help please!
hi! coming on here to see if anyone can shed some light. i've been having these hives since i was 18, im now 26. been on xolair once a month since 18 and i really want to try and figure out what's actually wrong instead of covering it up with medicine. every time id stop xolair, they'd come back within 3 months. surprisingly, last time i got hives was march 2024. i got a xolair shot, they went away, and haven't gotten an outbreak again since! i wanted to see how long i last. now, almost a year later, i have been getting them again. not nearly as bad, but the last week they get worse and worse each day. i wake up with them, and it's not caused by any foods that i can tell. i've gotten allergy testings done, and also that test (idk the name of it) where it checks if my "allergy cells are confused and are attacking my white blood cells" and that is also negative. my doctor always told me "your cells are just confused!" "you're just not ready to get off the shot!" but im thinking 7 years later i must have some sort of issue. i got blood tests in december when i was not hiving at all, and my immunoglobulin e was 143, histamine was 5.4, and eosinophils were 17, all high. that doctor said "something is definitely going on!" and thats all i got. i am counting down the days until my body breaks out like these photos again, because i know it's going to come soon, so anything you can share with me to help is greatly appreciated! it's such a struggle and is so painful and physically/mentally exhausting to deal with. thank you!
Looking for advice on a good replacement for Tribit XFree Tune
I have been using my Tribit XFree Tune Bluetooth Headphones to listen to music, handle zoom calls in public, etc. Unfortunately, they have started to develop a crackly sound that is beyond distracting when I'm trying to work and making it difficult to hear clearly when listening to meetings and online workshops. Clearly, it's time for something new... I did check Amazon already (Amazon CA), and the same headphones are no longer available, SO it's time to consider a different option. Can I touch this ball?
I was playing volleyball and the ball was right above the net after the first pass. I jumped up just in case the other team’s setter tried pushing it over but instead he tried setting it. I know you can’t block a set but I thought that since the ball was already partially on my side I could hit it. Their setter had to reach partially on my side to pass it back to their hitter but the ball hit my hands as he was doing so.
I just want to know if I’m allowed to touch the ball because if the setter doesn’t touch it, it will fall on my side. Or do I have to let him set anyways?
